Attorney G. Paul Lemieux has been concentrating his practice in elder law for over a decade, narrowing his expertise in the areas of guardianship, estate planning, long-term care planning, and probate.
Paul uses his extensive knowledge in estate planning and long-term care to implement a plan for his client’s future and alleviating the stress of the unknown by planning and execution. Additionally, he focuses on implementing a plan that provides his clients protection from the exorbitant expense of long-term care (nursing homes/assisted living facilities) for families.
Paul routinely assists clients in probate and guardianship matters, including contested and litigated matters. It is essential to have an attorney with the knowledge and experience you can trust. Paul takes pride in helping clients navigate challenging life events and supporting them through unfamiliar situations and oftentimes an overwhelming process. Additionally, Paul’s service on various statewide Elder Law Section committees allows him to maintain the most up-to-date information to assist his clients.
Typically, Elder Law matters involve more than just legal issues, but also family issues. Throughout his representation, he strives to mitigate his client’s stresses and support them so that they can focus on their own needs and the needs of their families.
Paul received his Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida. He then attended Barry University School of Law where he received a Juris Doctorate degree in 2012.
