Attorney David H. Jacoby was founder of the David H. Jacoby Elder Law Advocates, PA serving Brevard County, FL for over 30 years. As a partner now in Lemieux & Jacoby Elder Law Firm, he continues to share his expertise in all practice areas of Elder Law, including Medicaid Planning, Nursing Home & Long-Term Care Planning, Estate Planning, Guardianships, Wills & Trusts, and Probate.

David H. Jacoby received his Bachelor of Science in Finance in 1986 from Florida State University. He then attended Stetson University College of Law where he received a Juris Doctorate degree in 1989. In February of 1990, he established his law office in Brevard County, Florida. He was a member of the Golden Key National Honor Society.

David has served as an Adjunct Professor at Barry University instructing Business Law I and II. Mr. Jacoby is married to his wife, Erin, and has 4 children and 6 grandchildren.
